Senior Care Services Leader
Aged care services are a vital part of our commitment to providing exceptional residential living experiences for our residents. As a dedicated and experienced leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Our Aged Care Residence offers beautifully landscaped gardens and modern outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The secure Dementia Wing highlights our commitment to specialised care, ensuring the safety and freedom of movement for residents with specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure High Standards of Care: Lead the clinical team in implementing high-quality care processes and documentation in a timely manner.
- Create a Positive Environment: Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity among residents and staff, encouraging resident participation in decision-making regarding their care.
- Develop High-Performance Teams: Recruit, train, and retain talented individuals who share our values and commitment to resident-centred care.
- Effective Management: Develop and adhere to comprehensive budget management, closely monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective processes to ensure the financial sustainability of the residence.
- Positive Leadership: Demonstrate adaptability, innovation, and a commitment to continuous learning, leading by example.
- Leadership and management experience in an aged care environment.
- Extensive operational management skills and experience, including budgeting, rostering, recruitment & retention, clinical & non-clinical management, and overall care home performance and reputation.
- AHPRA registration with leadership experience is advantageous.
