Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Health and Community Recruitment. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting passionate health talent with the best opportunities in the Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine vocational capability, workplace, and ergonomic needs.
  • Liaise with employers, employees, insurance companies, and other health professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Make referrals to other health professionals as needed to provide comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement case management plans, including goal setting, return-to-work plans, and progress tracking.
