About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant – Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team on the Central Coast. As a key member of our Workplace Health team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and return to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a moderately-sized caseload of Workplace Health clients, focusing on quality and achieving outcomes.
  • Conduct vocational assessments and provide counselling to support clients in their return to work.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate return to work outcomes and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment and participate in training and coaching opportunities as the team grows.
Requirements
  • AHPRA-Registered Psychologist (Provisional or Full) or ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Workplace Rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • A driver's licence and car are essential for this role.
