Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced line maintenance supervisor to oversee the engineering infrastructure necessary to meet our operational commitments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Engineering Procedures and Certification requirements, as identified in the Maintenance Organisation Manual and Civil Aviation Regulations.

  • Manage a close-knit team while working independently.
  • Monitor and control costs associated with aircraft maintenance.
  • Coordinate manpower, equipment, tooling, data, and Aeronautical Products to ensure timely completion of all maintenance activities.
  • Implement productivity and efficiency gains.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Experience in Airline Operations and a strong understanding of industry regulations.
  • Able to adhere to deadlines in a high workload environment.
