Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administering IT SaaS solutions, ensuring security and policy compliance, managing license usage, promoting and supporting SaaS tools across the organization, and escalating issues to external vendors when necessary.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically capable individual to contribute to the administration of our remote-first, Apple-based IT environment. As a system administrator, you will be responsible for serving as a helpdesk escalation point, advising staff on technical support matters, and collaborating with the IT team to support strategic initiatives, infrastructure projects, and policy development.

The successful candidate will have strong technical competence with Apple macOS systems and JAMF Pro/Connect/Protect tools, familiarity with SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, etc., and knowledge of IT security protocols, incident response, and compliance requirements.

  • Serve as a helpdesk escalation point and advise staff on technical support matters.
  • Administer and manage JAMF Pro / Protect / Connect systems, including software distribution, policy configuration, and device deployment.
  • Respond to system incidents and security breaches to minimize downtime and protect assets.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to support strategic initiatives, infrastructure projects, and policy development.
  • Configure and implement infrastructure solutions within project teams.
  • Design and deliver IT training sessions and develop reference materials via the LMS platform.
