Business Development Manager

This role involves managing a diverse range of projects across Melbourne, working with clients, builders, building managers, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and deliver excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have trade, diploma, or degree qualifications in fire or a related field, and be able to construct account plans, provide scheduled reports, and meet targeted revenue and profit targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing existing and new business growth within a defined portfolio of accounts
- Meeting and exceeding targeted revenue and profit targets
- Constructing account plans for major clients and accounts
- Providing scheduled sales reports and periodic business forecasting
