We are seeking a Customer Analyst to play a key role in driving data-driven decisions that enhance customer targeting, campaign performance, and operational effectiveness.
About The Role- Prepare and refine customer marketing lists by applying filters to exclude ineligible members
- Support post-campaign reporting and assist with basic data analysis tasks
- Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist in creating routine and ad hoc reports and dashboards
- Maintain clear documentation and support data-related administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies
A strong background in Business or Marketing will be essential for this fast-paced role, requiring excellent numeracy skills, high attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing communications processes.
- Tertiary qualification in statistics, mathematics, data science, business, or a related field
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic charts)
- Comfort working with large volumes of data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is preferred but not essential
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus
- 1-2 years in a similar role is preferred; recent graduates are welcome
