Job Title: Data Insights Strategist

About the Role:

This is a challenging position that requires someone with experience in data insights and strategy. The successful candidate will be able to lead an existing strategy, conduct facilitation, and communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic roadmap to implement the data strategy
  • Provide leadership and advice in setting direction as well as priorities for the data analytics platform and reporting capabilities in line with the approved enterprise data strategy
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architect and Data Architect to establish best practices for the Data Management and Reporting team
  • Facilitate a collaborative approach and promote a positive environment to share information, encourage ideas, and stimulate open discussion
  • Embed a culture of security around data

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to deliver results and align implementation of the strategy with strategic direction
  • Highly experienced in determining goals and prioritizing complex tasks to achieve defined outcomes
  • Ability to write succinctly and articulate technical issues
  • Ability to use data, analyze problems, and provide practical solutions with an outcomes-driven approach
