About the Role

We're seeking a visionary leader to drive data-driven decision-making across our organisation.

Your primary focus will be leveraging data to uncover actionable insights and providing strategic guidance to key stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute a customer data strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Oversee customer approach to value creation, including research and analysis of customer trends and behaviours
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and opportunities where data science and insights can deliver significant value
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement robust data collection, integration, and analysis processes to generate actionable insights for marketing teams
  • Oversee customer research program, including value creation research, brand tracking and ad hoc activity
  • Utilise statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights from complex datasets
  • Interpret data findings and translate them into meaningful recommendations and actionable strategies for various stakeholders
  • Lead team to build self-service reporting and dashboards for stakeholder use
Requirements
  • Proven experience in shaping a data-driven culture and strategic decision-making through cutting-edge analytics
  • Strong capabilities in programming languages such as Python, R or SQL, combined with data visualisation tools and techniques
  • Excellent leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
