Workplace Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Specialist

As a skilled professional in workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

This rewarding career opportunity offers the chance to work with clients on a variety of projects, from assessing treatment and/or rehabilitation needs to facilitating effective case management and return-to-work planning.

In this challenging and dynamic role, you will have the autonomy to structure your day, working a compressed 9-day fortnight. Our generous incentive program provides uncapped earning potential, plus a range of benefits to support your wellbeing and career development.

  • You will utilise your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations.
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Be responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP)
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
