Leadership Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Leadership Development Manager to lead a dynamic team of dedicated staff who manage workers compensation claims and promote safe, timely and durable return to work outcomes for injured workers.

Your responsibilities will include leading a team of Claims and Specialist personnel with varying levels of experience within the workers compensation space. You will also participate in workforce planning and recruitment activities, monitor service performance, and mentor your team to ensure they reach their full potential.
