We aim to employ individuals who understand different participant needs and can ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be available for at least three days a week
  • Support clients to maintain their space and personal care
  • Support clients to develop their everyday living skills so that they can function effectively in everyday society
  • Use crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies to manage complex behaviours and redirect behaviours of concern
  • Support the client to implement strategies to reduce challenging behaviours
  • Support the client to develop emotional regulation skills
