We are seeking individuals to support people with disabilities in their daily lives. This role is a great opportunity for those who want to make a positive impact and help others achieve their goals.

As a Support Worker, you will work closely with clients in the community, providing one-on-one support and assistance with daily activities. You will also help clients access community resources and participate in activities that promote independence and inclusion.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct care assistance to each client according to their individual needs
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients
  • Supporting clients to access community resources and activities
  • Managing accurate progress reports and incident reports
  • Working with clients, families, and other professionals to support client goals

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Home and Community Care, Aged Care, Disability, or Nursing
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Working With Children's Check (Employee)
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Current Driver's License and own car
  • Covid 19 Vaccinations
  • Police Check

Licence/Certification: CPR & First Aid Certification, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, National Police Certificate, Driver Licence

Salary: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour Schedule: Flexible hours including day shifts, morning shift, evening shift, weekend shifts, night shifts and public holidays
