**Retail Marketing Coordinator Job Description**

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Retail Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving retail success by delivering impactful campaigns, seamless store openings, and effective center partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Retail Success: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales in retail stores.
  • Manage Store Openings and Closures: Coordinate timelines, logistics, and approvals to ensure store openings and closures are executed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain Global Collateral Packs: Ensure global collateral packs and store marketing assets are accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.
  • Develop Creative Concepts: Design and develop creative concepts for events, promotions, campaigns, and store marketing initiatives.
  • Lead End-to-End Marketing: Manage end-to-end marketing for store openings, refits, relocations, and closures, including creative, activations, and listings.
Requirements:
  • Retail Expertise: Proven retail experience with a strong understanding of customer needs in fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic Agility: Ability to adapt quickly, spot opportunities, and deliver innovative, growth-driving solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, able to tailor messaging for varied stakeholders.
  • Multitasking & Organisation: Skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Brings fresh ideas for campaigns, activations, and collateral that align with brand values.
