Job Title: Retail Marketing Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Marketing Coordinator. This role will be responsible for driving the success of our retail business by delivering impactful campaigns, seamless store openings, and effective centre partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Print and Collateral Management: Act as the key contact for all print and collateral requirements, managing supplier and centre marketing relationships.
  • Creative Concept Development: Brief, develop, and deliver creative concepts for events, promotions, campaigns, and store marketing.
  • Collateral and Campaign Execution: Coordinate timelines, logistics, and approvals to ensure collateral and campaign execution is on brand and on time.
  • Global Collateral Packs and Store Marketing Assets: Maintain global collateral packs and store marketing assets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Sustainable Print and Collateral Solutions: Drive sustainable and innovative print and collateral solutions aligned to Lorna Jane's brand values.
  • Marketing for Store Openings: Lead end-to-end marketing for store openings, refits, relocations, and closures, including creative, activations, and listings.
  • In-Store, External, and Digital Screen Content: Manage in-store, external, and digital screen content to support retail strategies, engagement, and conversion.
  • Centre Marketing Activity: Track and confirm centre marketing activity, strengthening partnerships to maximise awareness and traffic.

Requirements:
  • Retail Expertise: Proven retail experience with a strong grasp of customer needs in fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic Agility: Ability to adapt quickly, spot opportunities, and deliver innovative, growth-driving solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, able to tailor messaging for varied stakeholders.
  • Multitasking & Organisation: Skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Builds and maintains collaborative relationships across teams and external partners.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Brings fresh ideas for campaigns, activations, and collateral that align with brand values.
  • Results Orientation: Focused on execution, ensuring initiatives drive awareness, traffic, and sales outcomes.
