Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our professional team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive rehabilitation support to individuals, empowering them to reclaim their quality of life and reconnect with health and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a caseload of clients under CTP and life insurance schemes, including attendance at Medical Case Conferences. Use your strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners, and employers. Assist individuals to participate in employment or education, or to live independently and access services.
Requirements:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, AHPRA registration, and highly motivated and results-driven individual to meet KPIs. Strong time management skills to independently manage a caseload, confidence in mentoring and training junior staff, and previous industry experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is desired but not essential.
