Job Title: Engineering Delivery Manager

The role involves overseeing the delivery of engineering outcomes on time, to quality standards, leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating key suppliers. As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for driving engineering delivery strategy, managing end-to-end technical execution, monitoring progress, budgets, risks, and KPIs across all work packages.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive engineering delivery strategy and manage end-to-end technical execution.
  • Lead internal engineering teams and coordinate key suppliers.
  • Monitor progress, budgets, risks, and KPIs across all work packages.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project needs.
  • Manage engineering schedules and resourcing requirements.
  • Uphold engineering quality standards and continuous improvement.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Project Management qualifications desirable.
  • 7+ years' experience leading engineering delivery in maritime or building services.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience with complex programs, EVM, and digital tools (JIRA, Primavera, MS Office).
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
