Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex construction projects from initiation through to completion.

You will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure high-quality project outcomes, while minimizing financial and contractual risks. Your primary focus will be on managing multiple projects concurrently at various stages of construction, overseeing financial management, planning, and programming.

Your expertise in dispute resolution, construction methodologies, and subcontractor management will be invaluable in ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction or similar
  • Minimum 10 years' experience within the construction industry – a tier 1 or 2 background would be ideal
  • Experience working with Revit
  • Construction Safety Induction (White) card
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Procore Software is preferable
  • Strong financial analysis and administrative focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
