About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Transfer Pricing team in a senior capacity. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to clients on transfer pricing matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement transfer pricing planning structures that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct financial analysis, benchmarking, and report writing to support transfer pricing decisions.
  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation that meets regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to controversy/dispute resolution with tax authorities on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborate with multinational clients across a range of industries in Australia and globally to deliver tailored transfer pricing solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in transfer pricing, with a strong understanding of technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement complex transfer pricing strategies.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent client relationship, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant degree or postgraduate degree in a field such as accounting, finance, economics, or commerce, or a relevant professional qualification.
