Responsibilities (Text Only)

People Leadership: Embodies the Model, Coach & Care principles.
Manages, coaches, and grows a team of HR professionals while fostering an inclusive culture that enables team members to thrive and do their best work every day.
Influences opportunities to evolve and improve the HR operating model, keeping Employee Experience at the center of decisions.
Employee Experience: Drives strategic collaboration with the One HR community to enhance operational effectiveness of the HR Consulting team.
Leverages technology and agile methodologies to develop quality solutions quickly, integrates stakeholders throughout product design, and measures success and impact.
Employee Relations: Holds the team accountable for resolving complex issues, addressing misconducts, and managing serious employee behaviors in partnership with leadership, HR peers, and Legal.
Facilitates an inclusive, values-based environment and may serve as an industry representative to influence policies.
HR Solutions Consulting: Ensures the team provides effective consulting to business leaders on HR programs, processes, and initiatives.
Leads data analytics and diagnostics on organizational health, and recommends actions based on insights.
Capability Building: Guides resources and strategies to enhance managerial capabilities, including coaching senior leaders and collaborating with other HR disciplines to develop scalable programs.
HR Projects and Programs: Leads team collaborations on scalable HR programs, manages HR processes aligned with strategic goals, and oversees the design and implementation of local HR projects.
Operational Compliance: Ensures adherence to HR policies and legal compliance across regions, collaborating with legal and policy teams to mitigate risks and localize policies.

Qualifications (Text Only)

Required Qualifications: 9+ years in HR or a Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years in HR, with deep understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations in ANZ/ASEAN markets.
Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of people management experience, familiarity with AI and automation in HR, strong stakeholder management, learning agility, strategic mindset, and passion for innovation.
