About Our Team

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Learning and Development team.

The successful candidate will have high-level knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design theories, human-centered design standards, experience in collaborating with subject matter experts, and be able to manage multiple projects successfully from start to finish.

You will also hold a tertiary qualification in learning design (or relevant field), have extensive experience working within learning management systems, as well as other digital platforms/tools in creating content such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, designing, and developing online and blended learning experiences for staff members
  • Supporting the implementation of innovative learning technologies
  • Helping shape learning outcomes through well-designed and executed content

About You:

  • Highly skilled professional with proven skills in creating high-quality, impactful courseware
  • Experience in collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects successfully from start to finish
  • Tertiary qualification in learning design (or relevant field)
  • Extensive experience working within learning management systems and other digital platforms/tools
