The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of dedicated marketing experience, preferably in the property sector. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office is essential, along with strong marketing, communications, and customer engagement skills.
You should be proactive, cooperative, and a strong communicator, with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively. A fast learner who can adapt to new challenges with energy and commitment is also required.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong organisational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage your own work programme with minimal supervision. Sound administrative skills, including time management, correspondence, briefing, and report writing, are also necessary.
