**Senior Project Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead high-spec school projects from inception to handover. As a senior project manager, you will oversee strategic project delivery and ensure precision execution.

  • Lead complex projects across various sectors
  • Manage project programs, budgets, subcontractors, and procurement under tight commercial control
  • Ensure risk, quality, and safety compliance in line with ISO standards and internal protocols

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage large-scale, design-led projects from inception to completion.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project oversight and coordination
  • Commercial management and contract negotiation
  • Risk and quality assurance
  • Safety compliance and protocol adherence

Our ideal candidate possesses strong commercial acumen, experience managing project P&L, claims, and contract negotiations. They will also have a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects.

The successful candidate will have experience in AS4000 construct only contracts and be able to manage large-scale, design-led projects from inception to completion.
