Job Description

As a Paralegal in Personal Injury, you will be responsible for drafting statements, affidavits, and submissions to the PIC. You will also prepare preliminary investigation letters in PL and Occupiers Liability cases. Your excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and well-developed time management skills will enable you to perform these tasks effectively.

The firm practices personal injury construction, civil litigation, debt recovery, insurance, commercial, strata, and property law. Our client is a fast-growing firm with its head office located in the Blacktown/Parramatta area.

Our top-tier personal injury legal team is collegiate and motivated to grow careers and enjoy success. The position is available for 4-5 days per week and University students who are 1-2 years away from graduating and have existing Personal Injury experience are welcome to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a paralegal with Personal Injury Law experience
  • Excellent attention to detail together with strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Well-developed time management skills;
  • A willingness to learn, a positive approach, and strong initiative.
