About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Database Specialist to lead our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for AWS' Database services in LATAM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating sales plays, leveraging partners, and building new initiatives that drive results for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for AWS Database services in LATAM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deliver go-to-market plans
  • Provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative
  • Work closely with our partner network to build an ecosystem supporting our customers' goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience
  • 5+ years of Database experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Established track record of credibility as a technology advisor
  • Experience in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies
