We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Database Specialist to lead our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for AWS' Database services in LATAM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating sales plays, leveraging partners, and building new initiatives that drive results for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for AWS Database services in LATAM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deliver go-to-market plans
- Provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative
- Work closely with our partner network to build an ecosystem supporting our customers' goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience
- 5+ years of Database experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Established track record of credibility as a technology advisor
- Experience in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies
