As a seasoned Nursing Director, you will spearhead operational and professional leadership within our organization.

  • Demonstrated ongoing professional development, with relevant postgraduate qualifications in leadership and management highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to provide effective advanced-level leadership, management, and organizational skills, including comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to negotiate, influence, and gain support from key stakeholders to reach patient-focused solutions and organizational outcomes.
  • Skilled in managing change and supporting team members through the implementation of change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in human, financial, and material resource management, with extensive knowledge of relevant legislation, national, and state standards.

Requirements
  • Mandatory possession of a nursing qualification from a registered tertiary institution or completion of an approved hospital training program as a Registered Nurse and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency with a current annual practicing certificate.
  • Possession of context-specific postgraduate qualification in nursing is highly desirable.
