Clinical Nurse Manager

The Clinical Nurse Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care. This position demands exceptional leadership and management skills to oversee the delivery of nursing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff.
  • Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve departmental, hospital-wide, and organisational objectives.
  • Mentor and develop nursing staff to elevate their skills and knowledge.

Essential requirements include a Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification, current AHPRA registration, recent experience in General Medical and/or Surgical Nursing, and demonstrated ability to provide leadership and support. Desirable qualifications include post-registration qualifications relevant to the area of nursing practice and qualifications in people management and/or leadership.
