Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, working closely with service teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
  • Deliver customer service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Manage day-to-day activities, including scheduling tasks, PM, and break-fix calls.
  • Perform equipment upgrades, modifications, and game changes to gaming equipment at customer sites.
  • Investigate and resolve problems, including complex system faults, and perform repair work as required.
