**About the Role**

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Aged Care Companion and Support Provider to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people, providing companionship, assistance, and support in the comfort of their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide personal care including assistance with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, showering, bathing, toileting, nutrition, and eating.

- Assist with light housekeeping duties including cleaning, meal preparation, ironing, and laundry.

- Facilitate community access, recreational, shopping, errands, attending appointments, and leisure options by transporting clients by vehicle.

- Engage in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions, promoting social connection and emotional well-being.

- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients at all times.

- Report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.

**Requirements:**

- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards older people

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical ability to perform tasks associated with the role

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
