About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Professional to join our Real Estate Management Services team based on-site at a Centre in Port Macquarie.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing key relationships with tenants and service providers, making recommendations to improve the environmental performance of our clients' assets, and contributing to investment plans to maximise asset values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Compliance and Standards
    • Ensure building compliance and drive initiatives on building standards across the business.
  • Service Development and Enhancement
    • Develop and enhance the team's portfolio of services.
  • Property Operations and Management
    • Manage the presentation and day-to-day operations of allocated properties, including security, maintenance and safety.
  • Stakeholder Relationships
    • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, clients, contractors and colleagues.
  • Financial Management
    • Review the monthly operating expenditure against budget.
  • Reporting and Data Management
    • Work with Property Managers to produce monthly client reports as required.
    • Manage data within the facilities management software.
  • Maintenance and Compliance
    • Ensure all planned preventative maintenance is executed in accordance with schedules.
    • Ensure each asset remains compliant with the required standards.
  • Asset Performance
    • Monthly reporting on the operation of each asset.

Requirements:

  • Facilities Operations or Building Management role, in a commercial environment.
  • Experience using computer-based building maintenance and management systems.
  • Strong understanding of building services and systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build positive and productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
