Job Description

We seek an experienced Transaction Manager to join our Dexus Infrastructure Origination team. Reporting into the General Manager, Originations, you will be responsible for sourcing and executing transactions across all infrastructure sectors in Australia and New Zealand, including Airports, Transport, Energy, Social and Public Private Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support due diligence workstreams, build and manage financial models, and prepare investment papers
  • Play a key role in negotiations with legal support, make tactical decisions in the deal process, prioritize due diligence issues, and ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Ensure accurate reflection of due diligence findings, sensitivity analysis, and capital structure development
  • Present to Portfolio Managers on investment opportunities to ensure transactions meet fund criteria
  • Review and challenge key assumptions, business drivers, risk analysis, and valuation outputs
  • Owning the drafting of papers for the Investment Committee
Required Skills and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will bring at least 7+ years of professional experience in investment banking, financial advisory or investment management. Prior experience in funds management and a strong network in infrastructure, IB and financial services industries is highly desirable. You will exhibit sound business, commercial and transactional judgement and make timely decisions.
