The Role

We are seeking a Financial Transaction Processor to join our team. As a key member of our financial processing services, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial support to our stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify invoices submitted for processing, ensuring valid tax invoices and 3-way matches.
  • Process payments, credit notes, and refunds in compliance with our financial policies and procedures.
  • Verify vendor details and administer creation/modification of vendor accounts, monitoring accounts for timely payments.
  • Correspond with suppliers and internal staff on invoice or account queries.
  • Evaluate and obtain appropriate approvals and delegation of authority assigned.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and manage corporate card administration.
  • Provide guidance to employees on invoice and PO processing, travel, cab charge, and expense claim reimbursements.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum based on experience.
  • Proven experience in processing financial and accounts payable transactions.
  • Ability to analyse, interpret, and evaluate data.
  • Experience performing reconciliations and calculations, preferably with financial accounting software systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
