About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing relief management support to our Property Managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide relief management support to our Property Managers, including cover for staff leave and sick leave
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including administrative tasks and client communication
  • Collaborate with our Property Managers to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality property management
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the growth and success of our business
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Property Manager
  • Certificate of Registration
  • Reliable motor vehicle and Driver's License
  • Excellent time management and conflict resolution skills
  • Honest, energetic, and a true team player
