Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class shopping experience to our customers by responding to their queries, making sales, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process transactions using a point of sale system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all interactions with customers.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on products, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and making recommendations based on their needs.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, contributing to the growth of sales and revenue.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new and existing products, and being able to communicate this information effectively to customers.
  • Ensure the store is presented in a professional and inviting manner, adhering to visual merchandising standards and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems and processes.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing situations and priorities.
