About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Director to lead our team at Only About Children's Castle Hill campus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the campus, including the delivery of educational leadership and financial performance.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with functional business partners to drive business outcomes and ensure the highest quality of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure child safety and welfare at all times
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team to achieve agreed monthly KPIs
  • Communicate effectively with the team and families to foster a positive and inclusive environment
  • Ensure the business meets financial outcomes and targets
  • Model and drive our HEART principles and leadership practice
  • Facilitate events and activities to create a welcoming community environment
Requirements
  • Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification or Diploma of Children's Services
  • Current First Aid Certificate and Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualification
  • Child Protection qualification - Respond and Identify Children at Risk of Harm
  • Minimum of five years demonstrated experience in an early childhood setting
  • Advocacy for early childhood and Only About Children
  • Able to work within a group structure
  • Experience in operating a childcare campus and coaching teams
  • Knowledge of statutory regulations relating to the sector
