Job Title: Service Expert

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Service Expert. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring exceptional customer service and support.

  • Conduct thorough interviews with customers to gather all relevant information and details.
  • Accurately document customer inquiry data within our internal systems.
  • Provide prompt and efficient quotes for repairs using our proprietary Operating System.
  • Offer multi-channel support to customers through various media, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Resolve complex customer issues by applying your knowledge of our processes, systems, and practices.
  • Invoice completed jobs for the Field Service and Power Gen departments.
  • Process warranty claims, including goodwill submissions.
  • Evaluate complex issues, providing detailed documentation through established processes.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A solid understanding of the Quickserve process and experience with Warranty processing.
  • Prior technical and customer service experience.
  • A strong customer focus and ability to build lasting relationships.
Benefits:

This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours per week, with overtime available as needed and penalty rates paid for work exceeding 38 hours. The standard shift is Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00.
