Food Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food Product Development Technologist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in food ingredient development, tertiary qualifications in Food Science or related field, and a proven ability in food product development and knowledge around food regulations.
Key responsibilities include managing assigned product development opportunities and projects, conducting bench work, ingredient sourcing, and formulation development, preparing product costings and nutritional information, creating and reviewing product specifications and artwork, and supporting product launches and customer presentations.

- Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned product development opportunities and projects
