Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team on a part-time basis.

    As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing full cycle support to the manufacturing division, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and investigations.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle HR Generalist duties
  • Supporting people related issues and employee relations
  • Performance management
  • Dealing with Investigations and escalating where necessary
  • Advising on HR policies and procedures
  • Implementing process improvements
  • HR Project work

Requirements:

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A third-level qualification in HR or a related discipline
  • 1-2 years experience in an HR Advisory role, or 3-4 years experience as an HR Coordinator
  • Experience within Retail or Manufacturing would be highly regarded
