Human Resource Lead Position

We are seeking a part-time Human Resource Lead to join our dynamic organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR practices and ensuring policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Provide HR support with sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in performance management and training development.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies for legal compliance.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports.
  • Assist with payroll processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant HR qualification and at least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role. You should possess strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and enterprise agreements, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive information.
