Your key responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting large data sets using advanced analytics to identify potential internal fraud or financial crime.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of internal fraud cases to identify scope, impact, and perpetrators.
- Developing and implementing solutions to mitigate financial crime risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Automating, monitoring, and optimizing fraud detection systems to drive continuous improvement.
- Preparing reports, statements, and legal briefs, and representing the organization in judicial proceedings.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen fraud prevention strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in financial crime, insurance fraud, and deploying intelligence analytics across large data sets.
- Skills in Excel and Tableau for data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong report writing and communication skills to convey complex insights clearly.
- The ability to assess risk, modify processes, and implement strategic responses to fraud trends.
- Experience building stakeholder relationships and influencing across teams.
- Tertiary qualifications in law or financial crime (desired); CFE or ACAMS certification (desired).
