Are you a detail-driven professional looking for a challenging role?

The Trade Support Analyst/Engineer plays a vital role in delivering end-to-end support across the trade lifecycle.

This position contributes to the front-to-back trading desk and operational technical support teams across the Global Equities platform estate.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and deliver prompt responses to inquiries, supporting key cash execution platforms.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a previous Front/Back Office Support role
  • Experience working with execution and trading platforms – exposure to Instinet Newport, FIS, and IRESS would be highly regarded
  • Familiarity with Windows Server, Unix, and SQL (both in a physical and Cloud environment)
  • Understanding of order lifecycles to support Trading products
  • Awareness of Electronic Execution (Algorithmic & DMA trading) and FIX protocol
