Job Description

Drive Process Excellence Across ASP Manufacturing

The Port Kembla Manufacturing facility seeks a Senior Process Intelligence Engineer to spearhead the adoption of our Process Intelligence toolkit, scaling proven solutions from single sites into business-wide impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop standardized frameworks, replicate successful initiatives across sites, and ensure predictive analytics and advanced monitoring deliver transformative results
  • Lead multi-site process intelligence roadmaps and ensure swift and effective replication of solutions
  • Collaborate with operations and functional teams to establish strategic direction for data governance and data definitions
  • Establish seamless interoperability across tools, datasets, and departments to minimize duplication and break down silos
  • Mentor analysts, champions, and leaders to foster local ownership of tools and insights
  • Deliver measurable improvements in yield, quality, safety, and efficiency through actionable insights

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, science, information technology, or a related field
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, preferably within manufacturing, process engineering, or data analytics
  • Curiosity to explore complex systems and identify areas for improvement
  • A restorative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical, adoptable solutions
  • Experience mentoring others and building capability that outlives direct involvement
