Sales and Growth Opportunities Developers are responsible for identifying and pursuing new revenue streams for TikTok's SMB team. This position involves working closely with internal stakeholders to develop effective strategies for acquiring new clients and growing existing relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales, supporting businesses, and generating new revenue streams. They will also have experience in pipeline building through prospecting and outreach efforts.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing new business opportunities for the TikTok Ads Platform.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on lead-generation initiatives.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding quantitative and qualitative acquisition sales targets.
