Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the success of digital marketing efforts.

Key Objectives include:

  • Managing the strategic approach to data-driven digital marketing to deliver personalised experiences for customers.
  • Utilising technology to develop omni-channel digital experiences.
  • Executing defined programs and the "Always on" BAU digital program with agencies.
  • Driving best practice through strategic use of digital, data and technology to meet targets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing personalisation and testing programs.
  • Planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing activity.
  • Designing, developing and managing personalised customer experiences across all channels.
  • Leveraging data and technology to deliver targeted and personalised digital media.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry changes and developments.

Requirements include:

  • Tertiary degree in Business or Marketing.
  • 2-4+ years experience in a similar environment with a focus on digital marketing and/or customer marketing.
  • Knowledge of publishers/digital networks.
  • Understanding of digital analytics and marketing automation technology.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills.
