We're seeking an Aged Care Navigation Specialist to join our Central Services Team in the South West region.

This role involves providing information, support, and advocacy to customers navigating the complex aged care system.

Our specialists work with customers to understand their needs, identify available options, and make informed choices about their care.

The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service skills, develop relationships with customers, families, and staff, and contribute to meeting sales targets and maintaining healthy occupancy levels.

They will also possess a strong understanding of the Microsoft Office suite, database/CRM software, and be willing to uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of The Bethanie Group.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, manage waitlists and vacancy boards, and engage with internal teams to facilitate onboarding.
