Second Officer AHTS Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Second Officer to join our team in Perth, Australia.

About the Role:

  • Take charge of navigation and operational support on AHTS vessels.
  • Work closely with the Captain and other officers to ensure smooth vessel operations.
  • Monitor and report safety concerns or issues promptly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe navigation of AHTS vessels.
  • Provide operational support to the Captain and other officers.
  • Maintain accurate records of vessel operations and safety procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • Valid AMSA COC and GOC certificates.
  • Valid AMSA Medical certificate.
  • DP Unlimited or DP Advance/Simulator certification.
  • Passport with at least 6 months' validity.
  • MSIC card.
  • Work rights in Australia.
