Operations Clerk Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Clerk to provide exceptional operational support to our internal and external stakeholders.

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, and we want someone with excellent organisational skills to help us achieve this.

As an Operations Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to operations, management, and customers. You will use your analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work safely and respectfully with drivers, supervisors, and customers
  • Confident using computers and have intermediate level experience using the MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fitness levels to lift up to 30kg are a must, assessed at a pre-employment medical check
