The successful candidate will have strong sales, business development and influencing skills to create opportunities for people to change their lives.

The ideal candidate will be highly energetic, solution-focused, and possess excellent relationship-building skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Empower and collaborate with job seekers
  • Manage cases and ensure program compliance
  • Develop tailored job plans
  • Search for employment opportunities and assist job seekers
  • Create resumes, cover letters and expressions of interest
  • Conduct individual appointments with job seekers
  • Achieve key performance indicators linked to placing job seekers in sustainable employment
  • Organise interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment
  • Complete administrative duties including data entry and record management
