Employment Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Employment Support Specialist to support individuals in finding employment.

This role involves working with vulnerable groups, including young people experiencing mental ill-health, refugees, asylum seekers, and those at risk or experiencing homelessness.

  • Deliver individualized support to clients
  • Assist clients in creating job plans and developing employability skills
  • Build relationships with local employers and businesses to secure job opportunities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the employment industry or a passion for individualized support
