About Luxury Fashion E-commerce

This senior e-commerce role involves leading the digital commerce efforts of a global luxury fashion brand. The ideal candidate will have high-level expertise with Shopify Plus and experience managing marketplace platforms.

The successful individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the online presence, drive revenue, and deliver a seamless digital experience. They will be responsible for optimising the digital customer journey, improving conversion rates and average order value, as well as analysing data to inform strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global e-commerce strategy aligned with the brand's values and growth ambitions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce storefronts, ensuring optimal performance, consistency, and localisation across markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, design, production, and retail teams to unify brand storytelling and commercial goals.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, merchandising, and marketing channels to inform strategic planning and refine performance.
  • Oversee marketplace strategy and performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior e-commerce role within premium or luxury fashion.
  • Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP and integration tools such as Celigo.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Loop Returns, StarShippit, and experience leveraging Power BI for data-led decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate insights into action, improving performance across key commercial metrics.
